Serebro Group Inc. (“Serebro Group”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use serebrogroup.com (the “Site”). This policy applies to Serebro Group only and does not cover Serebro Health or any other brand or website.

  • Client intake / onboarding – business contact details, engagement information, and billing identifiers provided during scoping or onboarding.
  • Online payments – payment details are processed by our payment processor; we do not store full credit card numbers or bank account information.
  • Scheduling / booking – contact details and appointment metadata (date/time).
  • Website analytics – device, browser, IP address, pages viewed, time on page, and similar usage data.
  • Advertising pixels – identifiers that help us measure advertising performance and reach new audiences.
  • Career / applicant submissions – résumé/CV and application details (when postings are available).
  • File uploads – documents you submit to support an engagement.

We do not provide a live chat service on the Site at this time.

2) How We Use Information

  • Contact forms & general enquiries: 24 months
  • Analytics data: 26 months
  • Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe
  • Client/accounting records & invoices: 7 years
  • Scheduling/appointment metadata: 24 months
  • Applicant/career submissions: 12 months
  • Server & security logs: 90 days
  • File uploads tied to engagements: engagement period + 7 years

We may adjust retention to meet legal, tax, or audit requirements.

7) Cookies & Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for Site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. We do not present a cookie banner at this time. You can manage cookies through your browser settings (including blocking or deleting cookies). Disabling some cookies may affect Site functionality.

8) Your Rights

Subject to legal limits, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal information held by us;
  • Correct inaccurate or incomplete information; and
  • Withdraw consent for future processing (where consent is the basis).
